Affiliate terms

These terms apply to everyone in the LumoRetrac affiliate programme. You agree to them when you apply. They sit alongside the Terms and the Privacy policy.

1. Joining

• Anyone can apply at Become an affiliate. Lumo reads every application and may accept or decline it.
• You must be 18 or over, or be using a parent or guardian's payout account with their permission.
• Give us true details. Your payout details must belong to you (or your parent or guardian).

2. What you earn

• You earn a percentage of what the buyer actually pays (after any discount, before tax), for every sale credited to you, including bundles and Refine upgrades.
• Only sales made on this website count. Products still sold on Payhip don't earn commission until they move here.
• The percentage depends on your rank, which grows with your lifetime sales and never resets:Bronze 20% · Silver 22% (from 10 sales) · Gold 25% (from 25 sales) · Platinum 28% (from 50 sales) · Diamond 30% (from 100 sales). Each sale earns the rate of the rank you hold when it happens. Lumo may give some affiliates a custom rate.
• Your own purchases (same email, account or card) don't earn commission.

3. Links and codes

• Your link remembers a visitor for 30 days. If they click another affiliate's link later, the newest link counts.
• Your code gives buyers 10% off and always credits you, even over someone else's link. If a store sale saves the buyer more, they get the sale price instead, and you're still credited.
• Tracking needs cookies to be allowed; we can't credit sales we can't see.

4. Getting paid

• Each sale stays pending for 30 days (the refund window), then it's approved.
• Once a month, if you have $20.00 or more approved, we pay you by PayPal or Wise in US dollars. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month.
• If a sale is refunded or charged back while pending, it earns nothing. If it's refunded after you were paid for it, that amount comes off your next payout.
• PayPal or Wise may charge their own fees. You're responsible for any tax on what you earn.

5. The rules

• Be honest. No fake reviews, and don't promise exact FPS gains: results vary by PC.
• Disclose it. Say it's an affiliate link or code wherever your platform or the law requires it (for example #ad).
• No spam, and no paid ads that use the LumoRetrac name.
• Don't say or suggest that LumoRetrac is made or endorsed by Epic Games or the Project Retrac team, and don't use their logos or art.
• Don't buy through your own link or code, or ask friends to buy and give the money back.

6. Changes and ending

• We may change rates or these terms with notice by email. Changes apply to sales after the change.
• You can leave any time; tell us in a Discord ticket. Approved commission is still paid once it reaches the minimum.
• If you break these rules, we may close your affiliate account and cancel commission that came from breaking them.
• Questions? Open a ticket in the LumoRetrac Discord.
